The invention discloses a dynamic vehicle weighing system and method based on edge calculation, and the method comprises the steps: verifying the authenticity of a vehicle from the aspects of vehicle identity information, license plate information, vehicle actual physical parameters and the like through the arrangement and cooperation of an axle load scale, an annular coil sensor group, an RFID recognizer and a high-speed camera module; three axle load weighing groups are arranged and each axle load weighing group is configured differently, and calibration, correction and compensation are combined, so that on one hand, the detection precision of the dynamic vehicle weight is ensured, and on the other hand, the illegal behaviors of escaping and influencing the detection result, such as vehicle turning, are effectively avoided; an edge computing technology is introduced into vehicle weighing detection, so that the system response capability and the information interaction efficiency are greatly improved; a static weighing platform matched with a vehicle dynamic weighing system is arranged, interconnection is carried out through edge cloud, a humanized scheme of pre-inspection and re-inspection is provided, and the satisfaction degree of vehicle owners is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于边缘计算的动态车辆称重系统及方法,通过轴重称、环形线圈传感器组、RFID识别器以及高速摄像模组的设置及配合,从车辆身份信息、车牌信息、车辆实际物理参数等多个角度验证车辆真伪;通过设置三组轴重称组且对每组轴重称组均进行不同的配置,结合校准、校正和补偿,一方面确保了对动态车辆重量的检测精度,另一方面有效避免了车辆变向等逃避、影响检测结果的违规行为;在车辆称重检测中引入边缘计算技术,极大的提高了系统响应能力以及信息交互效率;设置与车辆动态称重系统相配合的静态称重平台,并通过边缘云进行互联,提供了一种预检加复检的人性化方案,提高了车主满意度。
