    本发明公开了一种规避误踩意外的陶瓷刹车片,包括车体,车体内设有旋转腔,旋转腔内设有能够防止误踩油门的阻止装置,旋转腔左侧设有第一齿轮腔,第一齿轮腔顶壁滑动连接有贯穿车体顶面的油门齿条;本发明能够通过阻止装置内的弹簧,检测出驾驶员是否是误踩了油门,从而能够防止油门被当成刹车误踩时发生不必要的危险,并且检测到误踩后会自动切换成刹车,使危险降到最低,不会因为误踩油门而导致刹车不会启动,使车辆能够降低危险,并且通过abs检测出刹车的危险程度,在高强度刹车时切换成刹车性能更好的陶瓷刹车片,使车辆能够更好地被刹停,并且也保证了陶瓷刹车片的寿命,更加节约成本。
