A satellite load heat dissipation system comprises a gear pump and is further provided with an automatic valve, a comparison circuit and a control circuit. Heat dissipation coil pipes are installed on heat dissipation faces of parts needing heat dissipation in the satellite platform, a heat dissipation agent box is installed on a feeding pipe of the gear pump, a discharging pipe of the gear pump is connected with one ends of the heat dissipation coil pipes respectively, and the other ends of the heat dissipation coil pipes are connected with the heat dissipation agent box in parallel. The automatic valve comprises a valve body, a valve core, an electromagnetic coil, an armature and a force sensitive resistor which are mounted together; an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of the automatic valve are connected in series among the plurality of heat dissipation coil pipes; the comparison circuit comprises a thermistor and an output sub-circuit, and the thermistor is arranged on the heating surface of each component; the output sub-circuit and the control circuit are installed in a satellite platform and are electrically connected with the force sensitive resistor and the thermistor. The heat dissipation device is compact in structure, light in weight and beneficial to being carried on a satellite platform, effectively dissipates heat for corresponding parts, and meanwhile can prevent the situation that the working performance of special parts is reduced due to too large heat dissipation amount.

    一种卫星载荷散热系统,包括齿轮泵,还具有自动阀门、比对电路和控制电路;卫星平台内的所需散热部件散热面均安装有散热盘管,齿轮泵的进料管安装有散热剂盒,齿轮泵的出料管和多只散热盘管一端分别连接在一起,多只散热盘管另一端和散热剂盒并联在一起;自动阀门包括安装在一起的阀体、阀芯、电磁线圈、衔铁、力敏电阻,自动阀门的进口管、出口管串联在多只散热盘管之间;比对电路包括热敏电阻和输出子电路,热敏电阻安装在每只部件的发热面上;输出子电路和控制电路安装在卫星平台内并和力敏电阻、热敏电阻电连接。本发明结构紧凑、重量轻量化,利于卫星平台搭载,有效为相应部件散热的同时,还能防止散热量过大造成特殊部件工作性能下降。
