The invention provides a waste steel storage yard safety management system and method, and a server side comprises an authority management module which is used for obtaining biological recognition features and/or operation equipment features in a corresponding authority area according to the authority area delimited in advance in a waste steel storage yard for authority verification; the equipment management module is used for updating the position and state of the corresponding operation equipment on the pre-established steel scrap field map and monitoring the action track of the corresponding equipment; the personnel management module is used for positioning operating personnel in a corresponding permission area and acquiring biological recognition features of the corresponding operating personnel to recognize an operating state; the operation management module is used for summarizing the operation state, the equipment state and the operation record of each operator; and the terminal is used for detecting the working environment of the corresponding working equipment and the authority and the working state of a worker operating the working equipment, and feeding back a result to the server side for safety early warning.

    本发明提出一种废钢堆场安全管理系统和方法,服务器端包括:所述权限管理模块,用于根据废钢堆场内预先划定的权限区域,获取对应权限区域内的生物识别特征和/或作业设备特征进行权限验证;所述设备管理模块,用于在预先建立的所述废钢料场地图上更新对应作业设备的位置和状态,监测对应设备的行动轨迹;所述人员管理模块,用于定位对应权限区域内的作业人员,并获取对应作业人员的生物识别特征识别得到作业状态;作业管理模块,用于汇总各作业人员的作业状态、设备状态以及作业记录;所述终端用于检测对应作业设备的作业环境以及操作所述作业设备的作业人员的权限和作业状态,并将结果反馈至所述服务器端进行安全预警。
