The visual navigation transfer robot comprises a sliding frame, an electrical system, a hydraulic system, a power source, an outer cover shell, a bearing wheel assembly, a vehicle body and a driving module, the outer cover shell is connected to the front side of the vehicle body, a mounting cavity is formed between the outer cover shell and the vehicle body, and the electrical system, the hydraulic system and the power source are all arranged in the mounting cavity; the sliding frame is connected to the rear side of the vehicle body, the bearing wheel assembly is connected to the lower end of the rear side of the vehicle body, the driving module is connected to the front side of the vehicle body, and the sliding frame is vertically and movably connected to the front side of the vehicle body. The electrical system is arranged on the left side of the mounting cavity and connected to the vehicle body, and the hydraulic system is in signal connection with the electrical system. The robot has the beneficial effects that the path can be planned based on vision and laser navigation, the goods taking efficiency and the goods carrying efficiency are improved, an electrical system, a hydraulic system and a power source are integrated in the mounting cavity, and the integration degree is high.

    本发明涉及的视觉导航搬运机器人包括滑架、电气系统、液压系统、电源、外罩壳、承载轮组件、车体和驱动模组,外罩壳连接在车体的前侧且外罩壳和车体之间形成有安装空腔,电气系统、液压系统和电源均设置在安装空腔中,滑架连接在车体的后侧,承载轮组件连接在车体后侧下端,驱动模组连接在车体前侧,滑架可垂直移动的连接在车体前侧,液压系统设置在安装空腔的右侧且液压系统连接在车体上,电气系统设置在安装空腔的左侧且电气系统连接在车体上,液压系统与电气系统信号连接。本发明的有益效果是:能够基于视觉和激光导航来对路径进行规划,提高取货效率和搬货效率,将电气系统、液压系统和电源集成在安装空腔中,集成度高。
