The invention relates to the technical field of automobile electric power steering systems, and discloses a torque sensor in an automobile electric power steering system. Comprising a hollow input shaft, a hollow output shaft, a torsion bar, a multi-stage magnetic ring set connected with the input shaft, a magnetic conductive gear ring connected with the output shaft, two magnetizers located on the outer side of the magnetic conductive gear ring and oppositely arranged, and an induction chip located between the two magnetizers. According to the invention, the magnetizer is arranged, and a set interval is arranged between the magnetizer and the magnetic conductive gear ring, so that the assembly of each part is simpler, relative friction does not exist, and the service life of the magnetizer and the magnetic conductive gear ring cannot be prolonged due to abrasion of the magnetizer and the magnetic conductive gear ring; the support is arranged and can assist in assembling of the two magnetizers, so that the positions of the two magnetizers are kept stable, and it is guaranteed that the two magnetizers can accurately conduct changes of a magnetic field; and different types of magnetizers are arranged, so that the device is suitable for assembling torque sensors in different installation environments, and the applicability is higher.

    本发明涉及汽车电动助力转向系统技术领域,公开了一种汽车电动助力转向系统中的扭矩传感器,包括呈中空状的输入轴和输出轴、扭杆、与所述输入轴相连的多级磁环组、与所述输出轴相连的导磁齿环、位于导磁齿环外侧的相对设置的两个导磁体以及位于两个所述导磁体之间的感应芯片。本发明设置了导磁体,且导磁体与导磁齿环之间具有设定间隔,各部件的装配更为简单,且不存在相对摩擦,不会造成两者的磨损而延长其使用寿命;设置了支架,支架可辅助两个导磁体的装配,使两个导磁体的位置保持稳定,保证两个导磁体可准确地传导磁场的变化;设置了不同类型的导磁体,适用于不同安装环境中扭矩传感器的装配,适用性更高。
