The invention discloses an integrated elevator lintel and a lintel fixing structure, the elevator lintel comprises a lintel plate and two supports, the lintel plate is composed of a vertical flat plate, an upper baffle and a lower baffle, the upper baffle is vertically connected to the top of the flat plate, and the lower baffle is vertically connected to the bottom of the flat plate; the supports are installed on the top of the lower baffle, and the lower baffle is provided with a set of strip-shaped through holes which are arranged in a square shape in the length direction of the lintel plate and correspond to the supports. A first strip-shaped installation adjusting hole is formed in a bottom plate of the support, a second strip-shaped installation adjusting hole is formed in a vertical plate of the support, and a bolt penetrates through the first installation adjusting hole and the through hole to fix the support to the lower baffle. The lintel fixing structure comprises two supporting legs and an elevator lintel. The lintel can be matched with various door machines for installation on the premise that the original structure is not changed due to the addition of the bracket; and the positions of the supporting legs and the position of the bracket are combined and adjusted, so that the mounting hole position of the door machine body can be more accurately matched, and the running stability of the elevator is improved.
本发明公开了一体式电梯门楣及门楣固定结构,电梯门楣包括门楣板和两个支架,门楣板由竖直的平板、上挡板和下挡板构成,上挡板垂直连接于平板的顶部,下挡板垂直连接于平板的底部;支架安装于下挡板的顶部,下挡板上对应每一个支架均设置有一组沿门楣板长度方形排列的条形的通孔;支架的底板上设置有条形的安装调节孔一,其竖板上设置有条形的安装调节孔二,以一螺栓穿过安装调节孔一和通孔将支架固定于下挡板上。门楣固定结构包括两个支撑脚和电梯门楣。支架的增加使得门楣在不改变原来结构的前提下能匹配多种门机安装;支撑脚的位置与支架的位置结合调整能更精确地匹配门机本体的安装孔位,提高了电梯运行时的稳定性。
