The invention relates to a bidirectional coupling system based on loop heat pipes, which is characterized in that two heat dissipation surfaces which are respectively in a high-temperature state and a low-temperature state at the same time are connected into a whole through two loop heat pipe systems with opposite heat conduction directions, so that the purpose of integral heat dissipation is realized, and the two loop heat pipe systems are the same in structure and are mutually connected; comprising a heat collection part, a capillary pump, a condenser, a pipeline and a working medium, the heat collection part is arranged on one heat dissipation face and used for collecting heat dispersed by the heat dissipation face, and the capillary pump is arranged at the heat collection end and used for driving the loop heat pipe system to operate; the condenser is used for dissipating heat and is arranged on the other heat dissipation surface; the pipeline is used for connecting the capillary pump and the condenser into a closed loop, and a working medium is contained in the closed loop. According to the invention, the heat dissipation capability of the system can be improved, the temperature of high-power equipment is reduced, and the reliability of a product is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于环路热管的双向耦合系统,通过两个热传导方向相反的环路热管系统,将同一时刻分别处于高、低温状态的两个散热面连接成一体,实现整体散热的目的,两个环路热管系统结构相同,包括热量收集部件、毛细泵、冷凝器、管路和工质,其中,热量收集部件布置于一个散热面,用于把所在散热面分散的热量收集起来,毛细泵布置于热量汇集端,用于驱动环路热管系统的运行;冷凝器用于把热量散出去,布置在另一个散热面上;管路用于将毛细泵和冷凝器连接成为一个封闭回路,内部承载工质;采用本发明可以提高系统的散热能力,降低大功率设备温度,有效的提高了产品的可靠性。
