A multi-cabin integral oil tank of an unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a plurality of adjacent oil storage cabins, communicating structures which communicate the oil storage cabins and are used for transporting fuel oil are arranged on the oil storage cabins, and middle layers which wrap the oil storage cabins together and are used for improving the strength and the sealing performance of the oil storage cabins are arranged outside the oil storage cabins. A shell for improving the strength of the middle layer is wrapped outside the middle layer; an oil inlet and outlet mechanism for supplying oil to and discharging oil from the oil storage cabin and a pressurizing mechanism for pressurizing the oil storage cabin are arranged on the shell; the sealant layers on the inner sides of the multiple oil storage cabins, the reinforcing frames and the partition frames are wrapped together through the middle layers, the surface of each middle layer is further wrapped with the shell, a three-layer sealing structure of the sealant layers, the middle layers and the skin is formed, the sealing performance of the whole oil tank is greatly improved, and the service life of the whole oil tank is prolonged. The multi-cabin integral oil tank is a part of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, all frames and main beams of the multi-cabin integral oil tank have the bearing function, the oil tank structure and the body structure are highly integrated, and the two main functions of bearing and oil storage are achieved.

    一种无人机多舱整体式油箱,包括若干个相邻的储油舱,若干个储油舱上装设有将储油舱连通并用于运输燃油的连通结构,若干个储油舱外装设有将储油舱包裹在一起用以提升储油舱强度与密封性的中间层,中间层外部包裹有提升中间层强度的外壳,外壳上装设有向储油舱内供油和出油的进出油机构以及向储油舱内加压的增压机构;若干个储油舱通过中间层将若干个储油舱内侧的密封剂层和加强框及隔框包裹在一起,在中间层表面再包裹一层外壳,形成密封剂层、中间层与蒙皮的三层密封结构,使整体油箱的密封性得到大幅提升,多舱式整体油箱是无人机机身的一部分,其所有框与主梁具有承载功能,实现了油箱结构与机身结构高度融合,实现了承载和储油两个主要功能。
