The system comprises a variable-voltage variable-frequency power supply system, a linear motor, a cargo carrying vehicle and a track, and the linear motor is a single-side linear motor and comprises a stator coil and a rotor structure; the stator coil is located in the middle of the two rails and is continuously laid along the rails, the mover structure is fixedly installed on the bottom face of the cargo carrying vehicle and right faces the stator coil, an air gap is reserved between the mover and the stator, and the variable-voltage variable-frequency power supply system supplies power to the stator coil through a circuit; the cargo carrying vehicle is provided with supporting wheels, the supporting wheels are clamped on the rails and can move back and forth on the rails, and a cargo carrying platform connector is arranged above the supporting wheels. Preferably, a speed measuring and positioning device is also adopted and comprises a ground transmitting coil and a receiving sensor. The problems of low efficiency, large abrasion and the like caused by the fact that an existing logistics transmission system mainly adopts a rotating motor and transmission are solved, and the reliability and the safety of the system are improved; and the motor operation efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种采用直线电机驱动的物流传输系统,涉及物流传输领域。该系统包括变压变频供电系统、直线电机、载货车辆及轨道,直线电机为单边直线电机,包括定子线圈与动子结构;定子线圈位于两条轨道的中间位置,且沿着轨道连续铺设,动子结构安装固定于载货车辆的底面上、且正对定子线圈,动子与定子之间留有气隙,变压变频供电系统通过线路为定子线圈供电;载货车辆设有支撑轮,支撑轮卡于轨道上、且可在轨道上来回移动,其上方为载货平台接口。优选还采用了测速定位装置,包括地面发射线圈和接收传感器。本发明解决了现有物流传输系统主要采用旋转电机以及传输带来的效率低、磨损大等问题,提高了系统的可靠性和安全性;提高了电机运行效率。
