Comprising a plurality of single batteries which are sequentially connected in series, each single battery is connected with a first electronic switch in series, and the two ends of a series circuit formed by each first electronic switch and the corresponding single battery are each connected with a second electronic switch in parallel. Each single battery, the corresponding first electronic switch and the corresponding second electronic switch form a series unit, and the series units are sequentially connected in series to form a complete series circuit. On-line monitoring and control functions of the batteries can be realized, differences among single batteries are eliminated, and consistency of the batteries in the battery pack is ensured; the defect that the whole battery module is immediately collapsed when a certain battery cell breaks down is overcome, the battery utilization rate and the reliability are improved, and meanwhile the maintenance work is relieved.
