The invention relates to the technical field of dredging equipment, in particular to a grab bucket structure of a grab bucket ship and a rock grabbing method.The grab bucket structure comprises a grab bucket base, a fixed raking claw is installed at the lower end of the grab bucket base, and a rotary raking claw is installed on the side portion of the grab bucket base; the grab bucket seat extends towards one side of the rotary raking claw to form two first supports which are arranged at intervals, a rotating shaft is rotatably arranged between the two first supports, a transmission gear is arranged on the rotating shaft and meshed with a gear pair rotatably arranged on the first supports, and a mounting frame is arranged on the grab bucket seat located above the first supports. A hydraulic oil cylinder is arranged on the installation frame, a telescopic shaft of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixed to the gear pair, a swing arm is further fixed to a shaft body of the rotating shaft, the suspension end of the swing arm is hinged to the upper end of the rotating raking claw, a connecting rod is further hinged to the rotating raking claw, and the suspension end of the connecting rod is hinged to the grab bucket base below the first support. By means of the grab bucket structure, the rock grabbing effect can be ensured, and the rock grabbing efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及疏浚设备技术领域,具体涉及一种抓斗船的抓斗结构和抓岩方法,所述抓斗结构包括抓斗座,所述抓斗座的下端安装有固定耙爪,侧部安装有转动耙爪;所述抓斗座向转动耙爪的一侧延伸有间隔布置的两个第一支架,两个第一支架之间转动布置一转轴,转轴上设有传动齿轮,传动齿轮与转动布置在第一支架上的齿轮副相啮合,位于第一支架上方的抓斗座上设有安装架,安装架上设有液压油缸,液压油缸的伸缩轴固定在齿轮副上,所述转轴的轴身上还固定有摆臂,所述摆臂的悬端与转动耙爪的上端铰接连接,所述转动耙爪上还铰接一连接杆,所述连接杆的悬端铰接在第一支架下方的抓斗座上;通过本发明提供的抓斗结构能够确保抓岩效果,提高抓岩效率。
