The invention discloses a method for installing a crane beam in a limited space. The method is achieved through two forklifts and brackets installed on front forks of the forklifts. The method comprises the steps of firstly installing a platform for temporarily placing crane beam sections; a crane beam section to be installed is placed on the platform; the two forklifts work synchronously, horizontally move and place the crane beam section on the two lifting devices from the two ends of the crane beam section, and synchronously lift and lift the crane beam section to the designed position height; a worker stands on the ladder truck to carry out welding operation, and installation of the crane beam section is completed; and the steps are repeated, and all the crane beam sections are installed in sequence. The maneuverability and the safe lifting performance of the forklift are used in cooperation with the self-made bracket, the crane beam segments can be conveniently pushed in place, the complexity of manually installing the crane beam through a chain block is avoided, the installation work is safer, the labor input amount is small, and the construction efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种在有限空间内安装吊车梁的方法,利用两台叉车以及安装在叉车前叉上的托架来实现;先安装临时放置吊车梁节段的平台;将待安装的吊车梁节段放置在平台上;两台叉车同步作业,从吊车梁节段两端将其水平移放在两托举装置上,并同步抬升托举至设计位置高度;利用登高车,人工站立其上进行焊接作业,完成该吊车梁节段的安装;重复以上步骤,依次将所有吊车梁节段安装完毕。本发明利用叉车的机动性和可安全升降性,和自制的托架配合使用,可以很方便的将吊车梁节段推送到位,避免了人工采用倒链进行吊车梁安装的繁琐性,安装工作更加安全,且人工投入量少,施工效率高。
