The method comprises the following steps that four first lifting lugs and two steel wire ropes with the same length are installed on a cylindrical flange of an upper opening of the wind tower lying on the side, the head and the tail of each steel wire rope are arranged on the two adjacent first lifting lugs respectively, and a tackle matched with the steel wire rope penetrates through the middle of each steel wire rope. The heads of the two tackles are connected with a first sling and hung on a lifting hook of the lifting beam hook; two second lifting lugs are mounted on a round through flange of a lower opening of the wind tower, and are connected with a second lifting belt to be hung on a lifting hook of the other crane; the wind tower upper opening and the wind tower lower opening are lifted through the two cranes to move horizontally and upwards, then the crane connected with the wind tower lower opening is used for paying off slowly, and the wind tower rotates around the upper opening till the wind tower is in a vertical state. The steel wire rope can smoothly slide through the single-piece pulley. The length of the steel wire rope connected with each lifting lug is changed in real time according to the turning angle, so that the stress of the steel wire rope is always in a relatively balanced state.
本发明公开了一种风塔翻身及吊装方法,包括以下步骤:在侧躺着的风塔上口的圆筒法兰上安装四个第一吊耳,两根等长的钢丝绳,每根钢丝绳头尾分别相邻的两个第一吊耳上,每根钢丝绳中间穿上一片与钢丝绳匹配的滑车。两片滑车头部连接第一吊带挂在吊梁合勾的吊钩上;风塔下口的圆通法兰上安装两个第二吊耳,两个第二吊耳上连接第二吊带挂在另一起重机的吊钩上;通过两台起重机分别提拉风塔上口和风塔下口,使其水平上移,而后连接风塔下口的起重机缓慢放线,使得风塔绕上口转动,直至风塔处于竖直状态。本发明的钢丝绳可以通过单片滑车顺畅的滑动。根据翻身的角度实时改变每个吊耳连接的钢丝绳长度,始终使钢丝绳的受力处于相对平衡的状态。
