The buffer pad comprises a steel top plate and a steel bottom plate, the rubber buffer pad comprises a steel top plate and a steel bottom plate, a plurality of rubber sheets, a stiffening steel plate is arranged between every two adjacent rubber sheets, the plurality of rubber sheets and the stiffening steel plates are arranged between the steel top plate and the steel bottom plate, each rubber sheet in the plurality of rubber sheets is integrally vulcanized and bonded with the stiffening steel plate, the steel top plate and the steel bottom plate, and the peel strength of the rubber buffer pad formed by bonding is not less than 10kN/m; the length of the steel top plate and the length of the steel bottom plate are both larger than the length of each rubber sheet, and the part, extending out of the rubber sheets, of the steel top plate is provided with a first connecting assembly used for being fixedly connected with an upper platform of a helicopter platform. A second connecting assembly used for being fixedly connected with a lower supporting structure of the helicopter platform is arranged on the portion, extending out of the rubber sheet, of the steel bottom plate. And the buffer pad and the buffer bracket can play a role in buffering and reducing in the stress process of the upper part of the helicopter platform.
