The invention discloses a commercial vehicle radiator grille device without a lock body and a design method, and relates to the technical field of vehicle structure design. The radiator grille device comprises a radiator grille body, a turnover hinge and two pneumatic supporting rods; the top edge of the radiator grille body is connected to the front wall of a vehicle body through a turnover hinge; the top ends of the two pneumatic supporting rods are hinged to the inner side of the radiator grille body, and the bottom ends of the two pneumatic supporting rods are hinged to the front wall of a vehicle body. The bottom end of the pneumatic supporting rod is located below the overturning hinge. When the front mask body is closed, the plane where the axes of the two pneumatic supporting rods are located inclines upwards relative to the plane where the turnover hinge and the bottom ends of the two pneumatic supporting rods are located, and a closed self-locking angle is formed. The closing torque is larger than or equal to the opening torque generated when the vehicle runs at the maximum deceleration. According to the front face shield device and the design method, a lock body is not arranged any more, the front face shield can be normally opened and closed, the space occupied by the lock body on the front wall is saved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种商用车无锁体的前面罩装置及设计方法,涉及车辆结构设计技术领域,所述前面罩装置包含前面罩本体、翻转铰链和两个气动撑杆;所述前面罩本体的顶边沿通过翻转铰链连接于车身前围;两个气动撑杆的顶端均铰接于前面罩本体内侧,两个所述气动撑杆的底端铰接于车身前围;所述气动撑杆的底端位于翻转铰链的下方;当前面罩本体关闭时,两个气动撑杆的轴线所在平面相对于翻转铰链与两个气动撑杆的底端所在平面向上倾斜,形成封闭自锁角;形成关闭扭矩,且关闭扭矩大于等于车辆采用最大减速度行驶产生的开启扭矩。本申请的前面罩装置及设计方法,不再设置锁体,前面罩也能进行正常开闭,节省了锁体在前围占用的空间,降低了制造成本。
