The invention discloses a full-automatic intelligent overhead line system cantilever mounting vehicle which comprises a vehicle body, a lifting platform, a control terminal, a measuring mechanism and a carrying mechanism. The lifting platform is installed on the vehicle body to form a base capable of horizontally moving and longitudinally lifting, the measuring mechanism and the carrying mechanism are both arranged on the lifting platform, and the control terminal is installed on the vehicle body and is in communication connection with the measuring mechanism and the carrying mechanism. The measuring mechanism can conduct multi-angle observation to obtain relative position data between the vehicle body and the supporting column and transmit the relative position data to the control terminal, and the control terminal converts the observation data into cantilever installation parameters and sends an instruction to the carrying mechanism so that the carrying mechanism can pick up the cantilever and carry the cantilever to the installation position. The measuring mechanism obtains positioning information, and the control terminal instructs the carrying mechanism to carry the cantilever to a preset installation position for installation according to the positioning information obtained by the measuring mechanism. The effect of lifting the cantilever is achieved through the carrying mechanism and the lifting platform, the movable vehicle body serves as a carrier platform, and the construction continuity of the cantilever is improved.

    本发明公开了一种全自动智能接触网腕臂安装车,包括车体、升降平台、控制终端、测量机构和搬运机构;升降平台安装于车体上构成可水平移动和纵向升降的基座,测量机构和搬运机构均设置于升降平台,控制终端安装于车体并分别与测量机构和搬运机构通信连接,测量机构可进行多角度观测获取车体与支柱之间的相对位置数据并传送至控制终端,控制终端将观测数据转换为腕臂安装参数并对搬运机构发送指令使搬运机构拾取腕臂搬运至安装位置。以测量机构获取定位信息,控制终端根据测量机构获取的定位信息指令搬运机构将腕臂搬运至预定安装位置进行安装。通过搬运机构和升降平台实现举升腕臂的效果,以可移动的车体为载具平台,提升腕臂施工的连续性。
