According to one embodiment of the present invention, the motor unit is mounted on a vehicle, and comprises: a motor that drives the vehicle; the inverter is electrically connected with the motor; a temperature adjustment heat exchanger connected to a temperature adjustment device of the vehicle; and a refrigerant circuit that is a path through which a refrigerant circulates. The refrigerant circuit has a first circulation path and a second circulation path that are switched to each other. The first circulation path passes through the inverter and the heat exchanger for temperature adjustment. The second circulation path passes through the inverter, the heat exchanger for temperature adjustment, and the motor.
