A dual pass-through hoisting apparatus with a rotational locking mechanism, comprising an upper pass-through block (4) and a lower pass-through block (3) fixed to a hoisting hook, in which the two pass-through blocks comprise reversible connection means adapted to be reversibly configured between a connected configuration and a disconnected configuration, comprising a locking mechanism (5) and a complementary locking structure (6), the invention relates to a device (10) comprising at least one strike hole (65) and a bolt (52) which slidably moves and supports a locking finger (55) which is adapted to rotatably cooperate with the strike hole and to cooperate together with the respective guide element, thereby converting the relative approach and relative separation between the two penetrating blocks into a concomitant sliding and rotation of the bolt.
