The invention relates to a joint hoisting test method for marine cranes. The joint hoisting test method comprises the following steps: step 1, splicing respective hoisting beams of two cranes together to form a test hoisting beam; 2, connecting a test hanging beam with a crane, and connecting a plurality of water bags on the test hanging beam; 3, reversely adjusting the ballast state of the ship, and injecting water into the water bag to a test tonnage; and 4, operating the two cranes to lift and lower the water bag at the same time, performing a brake test, discharging water in the water bag after the test is finished, and disassembling the test hanging beam to finish the test. According to the test method, the water bag and the lifting beam of the crane are used for carrying out the crane joint lifting load test, a test lifting beam and a heavy object do not need to be specially customized, the cost of the joint lifting test is reduced, the efficiency of the joint lifting test is improved, operation is easy, the risk control capacity is high, and the method can be widely applied to the crane joint lifting test.

    本发明涉及一种船用克令吊联吊试验方法,该方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、将两台克令吊各自的吊梁拼接在一起形成试验吊梁;步骤二、将试验吊梁与克令吊连接,在试验吊梁上连接若干水袋;步骤三、反向调整船舶压载状态,向水袋中注水至试验吨位;步骤四、操作两台克令吊同时提升、下放水袋,并进行刹车试验,试验结束将水袋中的水放出,将试验吊梁拆开,完成试验。通过本发明的试验方法使用水袋及克令吊自带的吊梁进行克令吊联吊载重试验,无需专门定制试验吊梁及重物,降低了联吊试验的成本,提升了联吊试验的效率,操作简单,风险控制能力强,可广泛应用于克令吊联吊试验。
