The first flow guide plate is arranged in the cavity, the first flow guide plate is rotationally connected to the engine room or the engine room cover, and under the condition that the first flow guide plate rotates, the air flow distributed to the heat dissipation channel and the drainage channel from the air inlet is adjusted. According to the embodiment of the invention, the air flow distributed to the heat dissipation channel and the drainage channel from the air inlet can be adjusted through rotation of the first flow guide plate, so that the air resistance borne by the vehicle during running is reduced as much as possible while the heat dissipation capacity of the vehicle is guaranteed, and the energy consumption of the vehicle is reduced.
