The pressure control valve comprises a valve block, a main valve element and an oil supplementing assembly, wherein the main valve element and the oil supplementing assembly are arranged in the valve block. A main valve hole and an auxiliary valve hole which are transversely distributed are sequentially formed between the left side and the right side of the valve block from top to bottom, the main valve element is arranged in the main valve hole and can slide left and right, and the oil supplementing assembly is arranged in the auxiliary valve hole. The oil supplementing assembly comprises an oil supplementing valve element, a first sealing plug, a second sealing plug and a one-way valve assembly, the first sealing plug and the second sealing plug are inserted and screwed into the left end and the right end of the auxiliary valve hole respectively, and the oil supplementing valve element is arranged in the auxiliary valve hole, can slide left and right and is located between the first sealing plug and the second sealing plug; the main valve element and the oil supplementing assembly are arranged in the same valve block, so that the structure is simplified, movement and installation are convenient, the main valve element and the oil supplementing assembly form a mutually-matched linkage mechanism in the same valve block, the deviation of the action time of the main valve element and the oil supplementing assembly is eliminated, and the oil supplementing efficiency is improved. Therefore, the control precision is improved, and the problem of hysteresis in operation is solved.

    本发明涉及一种压力控制阀,包括阀块以及设于阀块内的主阀芯和补油组件;阀块的左右两侧之间从上往下依次开设有横向分布的主阀孔和副阀孔,主阀芯设于主阀孔中并可左右滑动,补油组件设于副阀孔中;补油组件包括补油阀芯、第一密封塞、第二密封塞和单向阀组件,第一密封塞和第二密封塞分别插入螺接在副阀孔的左右两端内部,补油阀芯设于副阀孔中并可左右滑动且介于第一密封塞和第二密封塞之间;本发明将主阀芯与补油组件均设于同一个阀块中,进而简化了结构并便于移动和安装,且主阀芯与补油组件在同一个阀块中形成相互配合的联动机制,进而消除了两者的动作时间的偏差,从而提高了控制精度以解决操作存在滞后性的问题。
