In order to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, a special-shaped thin-wall box module is prone to deformation in the lifting process, the embodiment of the invention provides a special-shaped thin-wall box module lifting structure, a design method and a lifting method.The special-shaped thin-wall box module lifting structure comprises a lifting hook used for being arranged on a lifting device; the lifting frame is connected with the lifting hook and used for lifting the special-shaped thin-wall box body module; the plurality of first-stage lifting lugs are uniformly distributed on the lifting frame, the centers of the plurality of first-stage lifting lugs and the center of the lifting hook are on the same straight line, and each first-stage lifting lug is connected with the lifting hook through a lifting rope; each second-stage lifting lug is fixedly arranged on the lifting frame and is used for being connected with a third-stage lifting lug on the special-shaped thin-wall box body module; the center of the lifting hook, the center of the lifting frame and the gravity center of the special-shaped thin-wall box module are located on the same straight line. According to the embodiment of the invention, stable hoisting of the special-shaped thin-wall box body module is realized, and the problem of deformation of the special-shaped thin-wall box body module caused by external force such as collision or extrusion in the hoisting process is reduced.

    为解决现有技术中存在的异型薄壁箱体模块在吊装过程中容易变形的技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种异形薄壁箱体模块吊装结构、设计方法及吊装方法,包括:吊钩,用于设于起吊装置;吊架,与吊钩连接,用于吊装异形薄壁箱体模块;多个一级吊耳,各个一级吊耳均匀分布于吊架,所述多个一级吊耳的中心与吊钩的中心在同一直线上,每个一级吊耳通过吊绳与吊钩连接;以及多个二级吊耳,每个二级吊耳固设于吊架,用于与异形薄壁箱体模块上的三级吊耳连接;吊钩的中心、吊架的中心和异形薄壁箱体模块的重心在同一直线上。本发明实施例实现了对异形薄壁箱体模块的平稳吊装,减少了吊装过程中碰撞或挤压等外力导致异型薄壁箱体模块变形的问题。
