本发明公开了一种双层底分段船坞搭载阶段的角钢对接精度控制方法及装置,所述装置包括辅助调整工装和顶撑装置,本发明利用辅助调整工装和顶撑装置对内底压载舱区域的角钢对接精度进行控制,有效解决了传统利用马板和引熄弧板进行装配精度控制的方式会对分段母材造成损坏、不利于舱室PSPC保护的问题,不仅提高了角钢的对接精度,同时也提高了角钢的对接效率,降低了生产建造成本。
