A pure electric control tread type electromagnetic brake for a railway vehicle braking system comprises a connecting rod and a brake head connected with one end of the connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with an electromagnetic driving mechanism. The electronic brake control unit receives an instruction of the train control unit and calculates exciting current required by each basic brake device so as to output a control signal of an electromagnet; an electromagnet in the electromagnetic brake acts according to a control signal to push a brake head to move, positive pressure is generated on a wheel pair tread and converted into wheel rail friction force, and the purpose of speed reduction or parking is achieved. Braking force transmission does not need a propagation medium, and the consistency and synchronization performance of braking force application of all vehicles are better. The system process is simple, pipeline connection does not need to be considered, the process requirement is lower, sealing performance does not need to be considered, and therefore the maintenance cost is low. And the novel electromagnetic brake is simple in connection, can implement the braking function only through hard wire connection, and has important significance for shortening the design, production and manufacturing periods of the vehicle.

    一种轨道车辆制动系统用纯电控踏面式电磁制动器,包括连杆和与连杆一端相连的闸瓦托,连杆另一端连接一电磁驱动机构。电子制动控制单元接收列车控制单元的指令,并推算出各基础制动装置所需励磁电流,从而输出电磁铁的控制信号;电磁制动器中的电磁铁根据控制信号动作,推动闸瓦托运动,对轮对踏面产生正压力,转化为轮轨摩擦力,达到减速或停车的目的。制动力传输不需要传播介质,各车制动力施加的一致性、同步性能更佳。系统工艺简单,无需考虑管路连接,工艺要求更低,无需考虑密封性,因此,维护成本低。可靠性更高,新型电磁制动器连接简单,仅仅通过硬线连接,即可实施制动功能,对车辆的设计、生产、制造周期缩短具有重要意义。
