The thickness and viscosity of the adhesive layer (201) are selected such that, when the heater device (200) is attached to the windshield (13) by means of the adhesive layer (201), the wedge angle of a projection generated by the height (h) of the heating wire (11) on the transparent substrate (10) in the vicinity of the heating wire (11) becomes 0.1 DEG or less.
