The invention relates to a hydraulically damped unit bearing device having two chambers which lie opposite one another in the axial direction (x), which chambers are filled with a fluid and are hydraulically connected to one another by means of at least one channel (27), a first of the two chambers forming a working chamber (25) surrounded by a bearing spring body (8) and a second chamber forming a compensation chamber (26) surrounded by a bellows (17), the compensating chamber has an inner wall (19) which surrounds the interior (18) and which extends in the axial direction (x), and a ring body (12) which is arranged in the axial direction (x) between the working chamber (25) and the compensating chamber (26) and which surrounds an axial through-hole (15) which opens into the working chamber (25) and which is closed by a diaphragm (16) which is formed integrally with the inner wall (19) of the bellows (17), the diaphragm (17) has a central region (34) defined by the inner wall (19), which delimits the interior space (18) together with the inner wall (19), and wherein the diaphragm (17) has a flange region (28) which surrounds the central region (34) and is formed integrally therewith, which flange region is fixedly connected on the outer circumference thereof to the ring body (12) and/or to the support spring body (8).
