The invention discloses a traffic flow monitoring device based on an electronic information technology, and belongs to the field of traffic flow monitoring. According to the scheme, under the illumination effect, the temperature in an arc-shaped cover rises, a deformation memory spring is heated to extend and extrudes a light reflection hemisphere to extend out through a shear type connecting rod, sunlight is reflected, and heat radiation is reduced; meanwhile, carbon dioxide gas in the telescopic air bag is extruded and diffused into the arc-shaped frame, a heat insulation layer is formed through the heat absorption and heat insulation effects of the carbon dioxide gas, transmission of heat radiation energy is reduced, and when part of unreflected light irradiates the arc-shaped cover, the radiation energy is absorbed by the light conversion layer and converted into visible light which is extremely easily reflected by the radiation refrigeration powder; and meanwhile, carbon dioxide gas is blown in to blow a stirring piece to drive a stirring rope and a stirring bead to scatter the radiation refrigeration powder, so that the radiation refrigeration powder can reflect converted visible light more sufficiently, energy absorbed by the radiation refrigeration powder is reduced, and the radiation refrigeration power of the radiation refrigeration powder is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于电子信息技术的车流量监控装置,属于车流量监控领域,本方案实现光照作用下,弧形罩内温度升高,使形变记忆弹簧受热延伸并通过剪式连杆挤压光反射半球延伸出去,反射太阳光,降低热辐射,同时伸缩气囊内的二氧化碳气体被挤压扩散到弧形框内,利用其吸热隔热作用,形成一层隔热层,减少热辐射能量的传递,且部分未反射的光照射在弧形罩上时,其辐射能量被光转换层吸收,并将其转换为极易被辐射制冷粉末反射的可见光,同时二氧化碳气体的鼓入吹动拨动片带动拨动绳和拨动珠将辐射制冷粉末打散,使其对转换后可见光的反射更加充分,从而减少了辐射制冷粉末吸收的能量,提高了辐射制冷粉末的辐射制冷功率。
