The invention provides a reinforcement cage segmental hoisting method which is used for hoisting a reinforcement cage into a pile hole segmentally, a hoisting mechanism and a cart are adopted, the hoisting mechanism comprises a hoisting frame, a lifting hook, a lifting hook driving mechanism and a reinforcement cage limiting device, the hoisting frame is erected above the pile hole, the lifting hook is located over the center of the pile hole, and the lifting hook is located above the lifting hook driving mechanism; the trolley comprises a frame, a storage plate, a pair of reinforcement cage clamps and a clamp driving mechanism, the pair of reinforcement cage clamps are installed on the frame through the clamp driving mechanism, and the horizontally-arranged reinforcement cage is conveyed to a preset hoisting position through the trolley. When the cart is located at the preset hoisting position, the straight line where the pair of reinforcement cage clamps are located penetrates through the axis of the reinforcement cage located in the pile hole, and the reinforcement cage rotates with the reinforcement cage clamps as fulcrums in the hoisting process, so that the reinforcement cage is coaxial with the pile hole when rotating from the horizontal state to the vertical state. The problems that the construction space requirement is high, the positioning and perpendicularity adjusting precision is poor, and the hoisting efficiency is low during sectional hoisting of the reinforcement cage are solved.

    本发明提供一种钢筋笼分节吊装方法,用于往桩孔内分节吊装钢筋笼,采用吊装机构及推车,吊装机构包括吊装框架、吊钩、吊钩驱动机构及钢筋笼限位装置,吊装框架架设于桩孔上方,吊钩位于桩孔中心正上方,推车包括车架、置物板、一对钢筋笼夹持器及夹持器驱动机构,一对钢筋笼夹持器分别通过夹持器驱动机构安装于车架上,通过推车将水平设置的钢筋笼运输至吊装预定位置,推车位于吊装预定位置时所述一对钢筋笼夹持器所在的直线穿过钢筋笼位于桩孔时的轴心线,钢筋笼在起吊过程中以钢筋笼夹持器为支点进行旋转,使得钢筋笼从水平状态旋转至竖直状态时与桩孔同轴,解决了钢筋笼分节吊装时施工空间要求高、定位与垂直度调整精度差、吊装效率低的问题。
