The invention discloses a positioning method for an independent liquid tank in ship construction. The positioning method comprises the steps that firstly, the surfaces of cushion blocks in supporting bases below the independent liquid tank and above the double-layer bottom of a ship body are adjusted to be horizontal; step 2, scribing a corresponding positioning line; 3, arranging a block with a hydraulic oil cylinder and a block with a spiral support; fourthly, the independent liquid tank is hoisted till a gap is reserved between the lower portion of the independent liquid tank and the surface of the cushion block in the supporting base above the double-layer bottom of the ship body; 5, a chain block is installed between the independent liquid tank and the double-layer bottom of the ship body; step 6, positioning and adjusting until the left and right positioning lines of the bow and the stern are aligned; 7, measuring and adjusting a gap, and adjusting a hydraulic oil cylinder to enable the gap of the supporting seat to be equal to a standard value; 8, the spiral support is jacked to the bottom of the independent liquid tank; and ninthly, the hydraulic oil cylinder descends, the independent liquid tank is completely supported by the spiral support, and positioning of the independent liquid tank is completed. According to the invention, high-precision and high-efficiency positioning is realized, and the positioning time and the positioning cost are saved.
本发明公开了一种船舶建造中独立液舱的定位方法,其包括:步骤一、独立液舱下方和船体双层底上方的支撑座内垫块的表面分别调至水平;步骤二、刻划相应的定位线;步骤三、布置带液压油缸的搁墩和带螺旋支撑的搁墩;步骤四、吊装独立液舱,至独立液舱下方和船体双层底上方的支撑座内垫块的表面间留有间隙;步骤五、在独立液舱和船体双层底间安装手拉葫芦;步骤六、定位调整至艏艉左右的定位线均对齐;步骤七、测量间隙并调整,调节液压油缸使支撑座的间隙等于标准值;步骤八、螺旋支撑顶升至独立液舱底部;步骤九、液压油缸下降,由螺旋支撑完全支撑独立液舱,完成独立液舱的定位。本发明实现高精度和高效率定位,节省定位时间和定位成本。
