According to the steel wire rope hanging mechanism for the electric hoist, by arranging the structure between the two ends of the winding reel, it is ensured that a hanging steel wire rope can be wound at different winding angles in different directions between winding layers on the winding reel, so that the winding layers of the hanging steel wire rope can be overlapped with each other, and the excessive extrusion phenomenon cannot be generated; therefore, mutual abrasion generated in the winding process of the suspension steel wire rope is effectively reduced, and the service life of the suspension steel wire rope in the electric hoist is prolonged.
