The invention belongs to the technical field of gantry cranes, and discloses an automatic brake anti-skid device for safety protection of a gantry crane for port and wharf containers, the automatic brake anti-skid device comprises a gantry crane body, a case is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the left side of the gantry crane body, and a driving motor is fixedly mounted on the left side of the case; the other end of an output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly sleeved with a transmission shaft, and an air pressure rod located under the transmission shaft is fixedly installed at the bottom of an inner cavity of the machine box. Through a transmission shaft, an air pressure rod, a pressure spring and a friction block, the effect of controlling a driving motor and the air pressure rod to be started can be achieved through a controller, and operation of the air pressure rod can push the friction block to move up and down through a mounting plate and the pressure spring under the limitation of a limiting groove and a limiting block on the friction block; therefore, the pressure spring extrudes the friction block and the transmission shaft to enable the pressure spring to have elasticity recovery performance, and the friction block extrudes the transmission shaft to achieve the anti-skidding and braking effects.

    本发明属于龙门吊技术领域,且公开了港口码头集装箱用的龙门吊安全防护用自动刹车防滑装置,包括龙门吊本体,所述龙门吊本体左侧的上端固定安装有机箱,所述机箱的左侧固定安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机输出轴的另一端固定套接有传动轴,所述机箱内腔的底部固定安装有位于传动轴正下方的气压杆。本发明通过传动轴、气压杆、压力弹簧和摩擦块,通过控制器可以达到控制驱动电机和气压杆开启的效果,而气压杆的运行可以在限位槽和限位块对摩擦块的限制下通过安装板和压力弹簧推动摩擦块上下运动,从而通过压力弹簧挤压摩擦块和传动轴使得压力弹簧具有弹力恢复性能,而通过摩擦块挤压传动轴即可达到防滑以及刹车的效果。
