The invention relates to the technical field of ship body section turnover, and particularly discloses a turnover device for a cruise ship sheet section, which comprises a turnover platform and a turnover auxiliary mechanism, a rotating shaft penetrates through the center of the turnover platform, and lifting stand columns are connected to the left end and the right end of the rotating shaft; the two lifting stand columns are each provided with a lifting sliding groove allowing the corresponding rotating shaft to slide up and down, and a locking mechanism is installed on one side of the top end of each lifting sliding groove. The locking mechanism comprises bearing bases arranged at the left end and the right end of the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode and a locking pin shaft installed on one side of the top end of the lifting sliding groove, one end of the locking pin shaft is connected with a driving air cylinder, and a connecting base used for being connected with the locking pin shaft is arranged on the other side of the top end of the lifting sliding groove. The turning-over platform is connected with the two lifting stand columns in an up-down sliding mode through the rotating shafts, the lifted turning-over platform is locked through the locking pin shafts, and the purpose of turning over the thin plates in a segmented mode is achieved through the hoisting and lifting device.

    本发明涉及船体分段翻身技术领域,具体公开了一种邮轮薄板分段的翻身装置,包括翻身平台和翻身辅助机构;所述翻身平台的中心处贯穿设置有旋转轴,旋转轴的左右两端均连接有提升立柱;两个所述提升立柱上均开设有供旋转轴上下滑动的升降滑槽,升降滑槽的顶端一侧安装有锁定机构;所述锁定机构包括套设在旋转轴左右两端的承托基座和安装在升降滑槽顶端一侧的锁定销轴,锁定销轴的一端连接有驱动气缸,升降滑槽顶端的另一侧设置有用于连接锁定销轴的连接基座;翻身平台通过旋转轴与两个提升立柱上下滑动连接,并通过锁定销轴对提升后的翻身平台进行锁定,通过吊装提升设备实现对薄板分段翻身的目的。
