The lifting device is movably connected with the rotating seat I in a sleeving manner through the rotating rod during bearing, so that the extrusion device is driven to move in the hydraulic bin in the vertical downward direction, and the total volume of the interior of the extrusion pipe, an inner cavity of the hydraulic bin and a containing cavity located between the extrusion pipe and the flow limiting plug is reduced; and therefore, the hydraulic pressure in the containing cavity is increased, the reverse acting force borne by the telescopic rod is further improved, the friction force between the contact plate and the steel ring is further improved, the stability of the device in the working process is improved, and meanwhile the maximum hoisting weight of the device is further improved.
