The invention relates to a method for jacking and positioning a curved section of a ship, which comprises the following steps of: 1, calculating the gravity center position of the section before constructing the curved section; at least four jacking positions are selected along the two sides of the gravity center; 2, a supporting seat device is installed at the selected jacking position, and the supporting seat device is fixed to the outer plate below the subsection; 3, total assembly jig frames are installed on the total assembly site, and walking channels and operation positions of the three-dimensional jacking devices are reserved between the total assembly jig frames; 4, after the sections are hoisted to the position above the total assembly jig frame through a crane, the sections are removed through the crane; and 5, the three-dimensional jacking device moves to the position below the supporting seat device, and the moving sections are jacked through the three-dimensional jacking device to be positioned on the total assembly jig frame. According to the invention, the three-dimensional jacking device is used for replacing a crane to jack and position the sections, so that the occupation time of crane resources is shortened; the supporting seat device provides supporting conditions for supporting of the three-dimensional jacking device, and damage to the curved subsections is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种船舶曲型分段顶升定位的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:步骤1、曲型分段建造前,计算分段的重心位置;沿重心两侧选取至少四个顶升位置;步骤2、在选取的顶升位置安装支撑座装置,将支撑座装置固定在分段下方外板上;步骤3、在总组场地安装总组胎架,总组胎架之间预留三维顶升装置的行走通道及作业位置;步骤4、通过吊车将分段吊运到总组胎架的上方以后,吊车移除;步骤5、三维顶升装置移动到支撑座装置下方,通过三维顶升装置顶升移动分段将其定位在总组胎架上。本发明通过三维顶升装置替代了吊车对分段进行顶升定位,缩短了对吊车资源的占用时间;支撑座装置为三维顶升装置的支撑提供了支撑条件,且减小对曲型分段的破坏。
