The invention discloses a half-ship cross-sea whole ship jacking method. The method comprises a slipway, a floating dock, a slideway, a channel, a circular tube support, a ship body, a first rib position cross beam, a second rib position cross beam, a cross beam bottom support, a pulley, a cushion sliding plate circular tube support, a docking block support, a port axis vehicle pier wood group, a starboard axis vehicle pier wood group, a slipway axis vehicle pier wood group, a docking block, a pebble box, pebble box pier wood, a floating dock axis vehicle group and a launching cross beam. The half-ship cross-sea whole ship jacking method is advantaged in that the cross-sea position characteristics of the two thirds of the berth and the one third of the floating dock are considered, and overall structural stability of the ship body is kept through the combined action of the jack and the axis vehicle, jack jacking, axis vehicle jacking, non-lateral movement of the whole ship and the like; in this way, the whole ship is jacked, and the ship moving tool is replaced, so continuous ship moving is achieved; and meanwhile, the integral adjustable stroke of the axis vehicle is large, and lateral force resistance is high.

    一种半船跨海整船顶升方法,包括船台、浮船坞、滑道、通道、圆管支撑、船体、第一肋位横梁、第二肋位横梁、横梁底支撑、滑车、垫滑板圆管支撑、坞墩支撑、左舷轴线车墩木组、右舷轴线车墩木组、船台轴线车墩木组、坞墩、卵石箱、卵石箱墩木、浮船坞轴线车组和下水横梁。本发明的优点是:本半船跨海整船顶升方法考虑了三分之二船台和三分之一浮船坞跨海的位置特点,通过千斤顶与轴线车联合作用,千斤顶顶升,轴线车顶升及保持整船无侧向移动等,保持船体整体结构稳定性;通过此种方式顶升整船,更换移船工装,从而实现继续移船;同时,轴线车整体可调节行程大,抗侧向力强。
