The invention relates to a rapid heat dissipation automobile charging pile structure which comprises an outer shell, a base connected to the bottom of the outer shell, a heat dissipation mechanism arranged in the outer shell, a containing cavity formed in the base and a cooling liquid circulation mechanism arranged in the containing cavity. And a plurality of transmission mechanisms are arranged in the heat dissipation mechanism. According to the automobile charging pile structure with the rapid heat dissipation function, the heat dissipation mechanism internally provided with the liquid circulation channel, the pressurization channel and the gas circulation channel is adopted, and the transmission mechanism is driven to generate negative pressure in the pressurization channel and suck air to form gas while circulating liquid cooling is adopted; when airflow flows through the porous plug body in the air circulation channel, a throttling expansion effect is generated, cooling is conducted, when the cooled airflow flows through the subsequent air circulation channel, cooling liquid and heat energy in the outer shell are absorbed and exhausted, and the temperature in the outer shell can be effectively lowered.

    本发明涉及一种快速散热的汽车充电桩结构,包括外壳体、连接在外壳体底部的底座、设于外壳体内的散热机构、设于底座内的容纳腔室以及设于容纳腔室内的冷却液循环机构,冷却液循环机构驱使冷却液在散热机构内往复流通,散热机构内设有若干个传动机构。该快速散热的汽车充电桩结构,采用一个内部具有液体循环通道、增压通道和气体流通通道的散热机构,采用循环液冷的同时驱动传动机构在增压通道内产生负压并抽入空气形成气体,气流流经气体流通通道内的多孔塞体时产生节流膨胀效应并降温,降温后的气体流经后续的气体流通通道时,吸收冷却液以及外壳体内部的热能并排出,可以有效的降低外壳体内的温度。
