The invention provides a liftable air suspension control system for a drive axle. The liftable air suspension control system comprises a lifting control module, an axle difference control module and a power transmission control module. The lifting control module is used for controlling the air bag electromagnetic valve to select different air bags through the controller so as to achieve bearing and lifting of the drive axle. The shaft difference control module is used for inflating a shaft difference lock cylinder through an electromagnetic valve to realize locking of a shaft difference lock; the power transmission control module is used for realizing conversion between a double-drive axle and a single-drive axle by controlling a power lock cylinder; and the shaft difference control module and the power transmission control module jointly enable the shaft difference cylinder to be inflated and deflated through the two-way one-way valve, so that the shaft difference lock is matched with the driving form. According to the invention, the shaft difference lock can be unlocked or locked during normal double-axle driving, and is suitable for muddy and slipping road conditions and air suspension bearing; shaft difference locking is achieved under the single-axle driving working condition, and no-load oil saving is achieved; and switching between double-drive and single-drive can be realized through one key when the vehicle is in a static state or even in a low-speed driving state, so that the transmission efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明提出了一种驱动桥可提升空气悬架控制系统,包括提升控制模块、轴差控制模块和动力传送控制模块;提升控制模块用于通过控制器控制气囊电磁阀选择不同的气囊,以实现驱动桥的承载与提升;轴差控制模块用于通过电磁阀使轴差锁缸充气,实现轴差锁锁止;动力传送控制模块用于通过控制动力锁缸实现双驱桥与单驱桥转换;以及轴差控制模块与动力传送控制模块共同通过双通单向阀使轴差缸充放气实现轴差锁与驱动形式匹配。本发明可以实现正常双桥驱动时轴差锁不锁止或者轴差锁锁止,适应泥泞和打滑路况,空气悬挂承载;单桥驱动工况时轴差锁止,实现空载节油;以及一键就能实现在车辆静止甚至低速行驶状态下,双驱与单驱转换,提高整车传动效率。
