The invention relates to the technical field of artificial graphite electrodes, in particular to a graphite electrode transfer device which comprises a crown block, a hanging frame and a bearing frame. The crown block is used for lifting and walking of the whole transfer device. The hanging frame is a three-dimensional frame formed by welding four vertical bearing columns and four horizontal supporting columns. The upper portion of the bearing frame is connected with a rope wheel of the auxiliary vehicle through a pulley and a steel wire rope, lifting of the bearing frame is achieved through tightening and loosening of the winch rope wheel, meanwhile, the bearing frame and the hanging frame vertically slide in a limited mode through sleeving matching of a directional guide rod and a directional guide sleeve, and three clamp sets are installed on the lower portion of the bearing frame and used for grabbing graphite electrodes. The amount of graphite electrodes grabbed in each operation is large, the working efficiency is remarkably improved, in the grabbing process, all the clamps are fed into vacant positions at the bottoms of the electrode baskets, the bottom of the grabbed graphite electrodes is covered, it is guaranteed that the graphite electrodes cannot fall off in the hoisting process, and the operation safety is improved.

    本发明涉及人造石墨电极技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨电极转运装置,包括天车、挂架和承重架;天车用于整个转运装置的升降和行走,挂架由四根竖直的承重柱和四根水平的支撑柱焊接形成的立体框架;承重架上部通过滑轮和钢丝绳与副车的绳轮连接,通过卷扬绳轮收紧和松开实现承重架的升降,同时承重架与挂架通过定向导杆和定向导向套的套接配合竖直限位滑动,承重架下部安装三套夹具组,夹具组用来抓取石墨电极。本发明每次操作抓取石墨电极的量大,显著提升了工作效率,抓取过程中,各支夹具通过进给到电极筐底部空位内,为抓取石墨电极做好兜底,保证了吊运过程中不会发生石墨电极掉落,提高了操作的安全性。
