The cruising ability of the pure electric power ship is improved. The problems that a pure electric power ship is short in endurance, small in vehicle loading space, high in operation and storage safety and high in accident rate are solved. The method is not only suitable for vehicle and passenger ferries between straits and ferries on both sides of a river, but also suitable for ro-ro passenger ships or ships in similar structural forms and other hybrid power ships and bidirectional sailing ships containing batteries, and is a key technology for ensuring the economy of the ship type and the safety of the batteries.
