The heat dissipation unit carries out water-cooling or air-cooling heat dissipation on the power conversion unit. The thermoelectric module generates electric energy by using the temperature difference between the power conversion unit and the heat dissipation unit during operation. And the electric energy is provided for the power conversion unit and/or the heat dissipation unit.
