The disclosed technology relates to a heat transfer system and a heat transfer method employing a dielectric oily heat transfer fluid. In particular, the technology relates to a dielectric oily heat transfer fluid having low conductivity, low flammability, and low freezing point that excellently reduces peak temperature in heat transfer systems, such as heat transfer systems used to cool power systems of electric vehicles.
