The invention provides an elevator load test method based on an RFID technology, and the method is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: weights are loaded on a storage battery carrier, RFID electronic tags are pasted on the weights, each weight is uniquely coded, an RFID reader-writer is installed on the storage battery carrier, and the RFID reader-writer is connected with the storage battery carrier. And the data of the RFID electronic tag is transmitted to a mobile phone APP (Application) through the RFID reader-writer. A storage battery carrier is adopted to solve the carrying problem of the weights, and the RFID radio frequency technology is adopted to solve the supervision and recording of the weight combination of each load test, so that the metering and carrying problems of the weights of the elevator load test are well solved, the inspection efficiency is improved, and remote supervision is realized.

    本发明提供一种基于RFID技术的电梯载重试验方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将砝码装载于电瓶搬运车上,所述砝码上黏贴有RFID电子标签,并对每个砝码进行唯一性编码,在所述电瓶搬运车上安装RFID读写器,通过所述RFID读写器将所述RFID电子标签的数据传输到手机APP。采用电瓶搬运车来解决砝码的搬运问题,采用RFID射频技术来解决每个载重试验的砝码组合的监督与记录,较好地解决了电梯载荷试验的砝码的计量与搬运问题,提高了检验效率,实现了远程监督。
