The invention relates to design of a mounting and connecting mode of a movable control surface and a stabilizer or fuselage structure, and belongs to aircraft structure design. A control surface mounting structure is used for mounting a control surface on a stabilizer and comprises a flange plate and a shaft pin. The flange plate is installed on the control surface and located at the notch of the rotation axis of the control surface, a hole is formed in the flange plate, and the hole is opposite to a hole located at the rotation axis of the control surface on the stabilizer; one end of the shaft pin is inserted into the hole, the other end of the shaft pin is inserted into the hole, and the shaft pin inserted into the hole is fixedly connected with the stabilizer through a fastener; when the control surface is installed between the stabilizing surfaces, the control surface can rotate around the shaft pin, and deflection of the control surface is achieved. The connecting structure suitable for the aircraft control surface has the advantages of being small in number of connecting parts, light in structural weight, easy, convenient and rapid to mount and dismount and the like while the requirement for control surface movement is met.

    本发明涉及一种活动舵面与安定面或机身结构安装连接方式的设计,属于飞机结构设计。一种舵面安装结构,用于将舵面安装于安定面上,所述安装结构包括法兰盘、轴销;法兰盘安装在舵面上,且位于舵面转动轴线的缺口处,其上开设有孔洞,孔洞与安定面上位于舵面转动轴线处的孔相对;轴销的一端插入孔洞内,另一端插入孔内,且插入孔内的轴销通过紧固件与安定面连接固定;当将舵面安装在安定面之间时,舵面可绕轴销转动,实现舵面的偏转。本发明具有如下优点:适用于飞机舵面的连接结构,在满足舵面运动的同时,具有连接零件数量少、结构重量轻,安装、拆卸简便快捷等优点。
