The invention discloses a split type water jet propulsion inlet flow channel structure which is characterized in that the structure comprises a vertical plate, a base and a bent pipe flow channel, the vertical plate, the base and the bent pipe flow channel are three independently-machined components, the side face end of the vertical plate is connected with the side face end of the bent pipe flow channel, the bottom end of the bent pipe flow channel is connected with the top end of the base, and the top end of the bent pipe flow channel is connected with the top end of the base. The edge and the bottom end of the vertical plate are connected with the base. While the hydrodynamic performance of the inlet runner is guaranteed, casting defects can be remarkably reduced, the structural strength is improved, the machining process is simplified, the equipment requirement is lowered, the manufacturing period is shortened, and the safety, reliability and economical efficiency of the water-jet propeller are effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种分体式喷水推进进口流道结构,其特征在于,包括竖板、底座、弯管流道,竖板、底座、弯管流道为三个单独加工的部件,竖板的侧面端与弯管流道的侧面端连接,弯管流道的底端与底座的顶端连接,竖板的边缘和底端均与底座连接。本发明在保证进口流道水动力性能的同时,能显著减少铸造缺陷、提升结构强度、简化加工工艺、降低设备要求、缩短制造周期,有效提升了喷水推进器的安全性、可靠性及经济性。
