The invention relates to an automatic deceleration control system based on visual inspection, and the system comprises an automatic deceleration mechanism which is disposed in a slide vehicle body, and is used for carrying out the automatic deceleration processing of a sliding vehicle body when a received estimated sliding rail bending angle is greater than a set angle limit; the speed measuring equipment is arranged in the slide way vehicle body and is used for detecting and outputting the current sliding speed of the slide way vehicle body, and the slide way vehicle body slides on a slide rail which is cast by a metal material and has a U-shaped bent surface; and the information mapping equipment is used for mapping the corresponding estimated sliding rail bending angle according to the received numerical value representing the standard deviation. According to the invention, on the basis of an intelligent identification mechanism, the leftward bending angle or the rightward bending angle of the slide rail part of the U-shaped bending surface which is about to arrive in front can be estimated, and the deceleration action triggering time and the deceleration action control amplitude can be determined based on the estimation result. Therefore, the manual participation degree of slide way driving control is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种基于视觉检测的自动减速控制系统,包括:自动减速机构,设置在滑道车体内,用于在接收到的估算滑轨弯曲角度大于设定角度限量时,执行对滑动车体的自动减速处理;速度测量设备,设置在滑道车体内,用于检测并输出滑道车体的当前滑行速度,所述滑动车体滑动在金属材料铸造的U形弯曲表面的滑轨上;信息映射设备,用于根据接收到的代表标准差的数值映射对应的估算滑轨弯曲角度。通过本发明,能够在智能化识别机制的基础上,对前方即将到达的U形弯曲表面的滑轨部分向左弯曲或者向右弯曲的角度进行估算,并基于估算结果确定减速动作触发时机以及减速动作的控制幅度,从而降低了滑道行驶控制的人工参与程度。
