The forming method comprises the following steps that a stamping die abuts against the end face of a wire rod, and cold heading is conducted on the wire rod from top to bottom so that a flange part and a rod part can be formed; a through hole is punched from the end, away from the flange part, of the rod part from bottom to top, a chamfering part is arranged at the bottom of the through hole, and the inner diameter of the chamfering part is gradually increased towards the bottom end of the rod part; stamping is conducted from the end face of the flange part, and the chamfering part flows in the radial direction under the action of the stamping die, so that the diameter of the bottom end of the rod part gradually becomes larger towards the side away from the flange part, and a horn mouth part is formed; and electroplating the wire rod on which the flange part, the rod part and the horn mouth part are formed so as to form the pressing rivet sleeve. A one-time cold heading forming process is adopted, so that the rod part of the front station is formed into the structure of the chamfering part, and then the chamfering part flows in the radial direction and gradually deforms to form the horn mouth part at the bottom of the rod part under the action of the punching die of the rear station, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, the production cost is reduced, and the production period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种异形压铆套管的成型方法,包括以下步骤:冲模与线材的端面相抵,自上而下对其进行冷镦,以形成法兰部及杆部;自杆部远离法兰部的一端自下而上冲形出通孔,其中,通孔的底部设有倒角部,倒角部的内径朝所述杆部的底端逐渐变大;自法兰部的端面进行冲压,倒角部在冲模的作用下沿径向发生流动,以使杆部的底端朝远离法兰部一侧的直径逐渐变大,形成喇叭口部;对成型有法兰部、杆部及喇叭口部的线材进行电镀以成型压铆套管。采用一次性冷镦成型工艺,使得前工位杆部成型为倒角部的结构,再通过后工位冲模作用,使倒角部沿径向发生流动,逐渐变形使得杆部底部成型喇叭口部,大大提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期。
