According to the ultrasonic-assisted plant hybridization method provided by the invention, specific ultrasonic waves or microwaves are emitted into plants through an ultrasonic or microwave generator and a vibrator, on one hand, cell walls of male pollen of the plants can be effectively broken through a cavitation effect and a mechanical effect generated by the ultrasonic waves in the plants, and on the other hand, the plant pollen is heated by the microwaves; and carrying out inactivation treatment on male pollen in the plant. According to the method, traditional artificial auxiliary seed production is not needed, the seed production cost is greatly reduced, and the method has huge industrial application potential for plant hybridization.

    本发明提供一种超声波辅助植物杂交方法,通过超声波或微波发生器,振子向植物中发出特定超声波或微波,超声波在植物中产生的‘空化效应’和机械作用一方面可有效地破碎植物雄性花粉的细胞壁,微波对植物花粉加热,对植物中的雄性花粉进行灭活处理。通过本发明的方法,无需利用传统人工辅助制种,大大降低制种成本,对植物杂交具有巨大的产业化应用潜力。
