When the situation that evacuation is needed due to severe sea conditions is predicted, the whole lifting stand pipe is put down into the deep sea, the lifting stand pipe and the mining vehicle do not need to be recycled, only the buoyancy device needs to be put down, the workload is greatly reduced, operation is more convenient, meanwhile, the time needed by the mining ship for preparing to avoid the severe sea conditions is greatly shortened, and then rapid danger avoiding is achieved.
