The invention provides a device and method for detecting faults of a cable pulley of hoisting machinery online. The device comprises an I-shaped steel rail for sliding of the cable pulleys and a traction arm; one end, far away from the I-shaped steel rail, of the traction arm is connected with a cart hoisting machinery; the traction arm is slidably connected with the I-shaped steel rail through a traction block; the cable pulleys are multiple in number, and are slidably connected with the I-shaped steel rail side by side; the cable pulleys are connected with the festoon cable at intervals; a cable head trolley is arranged at one end, close to the traction block, of the cable pulley; the cable head trolley is connected with the traction block through a weighing sensor; the weighing sensor is connected to a PLC; and the PLC transmits weighing information to a DCS system of a central controller through a real-time communication module. Through the device and the method, the operation condition of the cable pulley can be pre-judged in advance, and a signal instruction is given to stop the cable pulley before the cable pulley breaks down, so that the probability of cable breaking and sparking can be effectively reduced through maintenance, and the stability of the garbage and slag crane is improved.

    本发明提供的一种在线检测起重机械电缆滑车故障的装置和方法,包括用于电缆滑车和牵引臂滑行的工字钢轨道,牵引臂远离工字钢轨道的一端与大车起重机械连接,牵引臂通过牵引块与工字钢轨道滑动连接,电缆滑车设置有多个,并排与所述工字钢轨道滑动连接;电缆滑车均与拖令电缆间隔连接;电缆滑车靠近牵引块一端设置有电缆头车,电缆头车与牵引块之间通过称重传感器进行连接,称重传感器连接至PLC,PLC通过实时通讯模块把称量信息传递给中央控制器的DCS系统;通过该装置和方法可以提前预判断电缆滑车的运行状况,并在电缆滑车故障前给出信号指令让行车停止,可有效的检修减小电缆拉断打火的概率,增加垃圾吊渣吊的稳定性。
